Intercom

Intercom is a conversational relationship platform that enables you to communicate with your customers via chat (those little chat widgets in the bottom-right), email, and more.

Using Highways you have two different syncing options you can use:

  1. Inbox - view Close lead data in the Intercom Inbox
  2. Sync - sync new Intercom contacts and Conversations with Close

Alternative integration via Zapier

If you only need to import closed Intercom conversations into Close - you can do so with the help of our Zapier Integration as shown at Intercom via Zapier.

What you'll need

  • A Close account and your API key
  • An Inbox app you can install via the Intercom App Store here ($49.00/month with a free trial)

How the integration works

Once connected, all of your Close data will automagically appear in Intercom and you can create Leads, Tasks, Opps, etc. without ever leaving Intercom.
